Nana Adwoa Anokye Effah，來自加納東部地區，2019年9月進入澳门永利集团304官网手机攻讀碩士學位，師從楊帆教授，以論文答辯全A的優異成績畢業。2021年9月，Nana繼續在學院攻讀博士學位，師從王清剛教授。在讀期間，公開發表論文14篇（含網絡首發），其中，第一作者身份公開發表論文6篇。2024年6月畢業後，Nana進入西北工業大學開展博士後研究。
近日，Nana在博士學位論文基礎上修改，與博士生導師王清剛教授合撰的論文《Chief Executive Officer Narcissism and Environmental, Social, and Governance Performance: The Moderating Role of Chief Executive Officer Gender》在知名國際期刊《Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management》（簡稱CSREM）發表。
CSREM期刊在管理學、商學和環境研究三個學科領域均為SSCI期刊（JCR一區），影響因子9.8，在《澳门永利集团304官网手机學術期刊指引》中認定為A-類。
論文探讨了首席執行官（CEO）自戀特質對約翰内斯堡證券交易所（JSE）上市企業環境、社會和治理（ESG）績效的影響。
